1. Eligibility
The marketplace is intended for members in good standing of participating Reformation NV affiliated churches. You must provide accurate information about yourself and your church membership during registration. Accounts and listings may be removed if membership cannot be verified or is no longer active.
2. Truthful listings
You agree to represent your business, product, service, or job posting truthfully and accurately. Misleading claims, fraudulent information, or impersonation of another person or organization are prohibited.
3. Content standards
Listings and communications must align with the doctrinal distinctives and standards of Reformation NV. Content that is unlawful, obscene, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise inconsistent with these standards may be removed without notice.
4. Transactions and liability
Reformation NV provides a directory for discovery and connection only. We do not process payments, fulfill orders, or guarantee the quality of any product, service, or employment arrangement. All terms, payments, and disputes are solely between the parties involved.
5. Listing removal
Administrators may remove listings or suspend accounts for reasons including departure from a participating church, revocation of church membership, violation of Reformation NV standards, fraudulent information, or complaints warranting removal.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant Reformation NV a non-exclusive license to display that content as part of the marketplace. You may not submit content that infringes the rights of others.
7. Changes to terms
Reformation NV may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the marketplace after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
